​Policies:
A non-refundable fee of $27.5 is required to book and secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card. Starting May 1st, 2025 there will be a automatic 2.5% processing fee if paying by card

We do not have a late policy. However, whatever amount of time you are late will cut into your appointment. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. A New Deposit is required.

The client is responsible for rescheduling their appointment. To reschedule your appointment, please use the Acuity app or your confirmation email. Be sure to make the adjustable changes with in the 24 hour mark to keep the same booking fee.
No Call No shows appointments will be billed 100% of the service.
Same day cancellation $50 fee for fills and $75 fee for full sets.
Same day reschedule fee $25
Any appointments before and after operation hours will include a automatic $30 fee
If you so happen to need a appointment on our off days there will be a automatic $50 fee
In the case of inclement weather appointments will be rescheduled. Booking fees will not be refunded.

If the payment card on file declines, LLBS Salon will reattempt charging the form of payment on file up to 120 days after the scheduled appointment. Lax Lash Beauty Studio's is not responsible for any overdraft fees. It is solely the responsibility of signer of this agreement. Please ensure your card on file is valid and has access to funds.

There are no refunds. If you experience excess shedding, please reach out without 48 hours of your appointment for a free touch up. Touch ups within 3-5 days from your appointment have a fee of $35. A Mini Fill appointment can be done within 7 days of your appointment. Appointments scheduled after 7 days must be booked as a standard fill in appointment.

SAME DAY ILLNESS: Should you have to cancel the day of your appointment due to feeling ill, your are still required to cancel the appointment and you will be required to pay the full balance. You can use your credit from your appointment 7 days from the appointment date. After the 7 days window, you will be required to book a new appointment.

COVID-19 Statement: IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY. TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST MUST BE PROVIDED. THE BOOKING FEE CAN BE TRANSFERRED ONCE.
